Biography

Nick Crump is a licensed landscape architect and Senior Associate at Hart Howerton in San Francisco. He has been with Hart Howerton since graduating in 2017 and focuses on hospitality, resort, golf community, and residential projects. His work includes a mix of master planning, site planning, and detailed design from early concept through construction documentation.

His project experience includes golf and recreation-focused communities such as Travis Club, Cabot Revelstoke, Coral Mountain, and CDA National. He has also worked on mountain and resort destinations including Powder Mountain, Big Sky Resort, and Revelstoke Mountain Resort, as well as coastal resort projects such as Naples Beach Hotel & Resort and Outrigger Hotels in Waikiki. His work often involves complex sites shaped by terrain, access, long-term development goals, and the character of the surrounding landscape.

Nick is involved with Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group and enjoys staying connected to broader conversations around development, design, and the built environment. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time outdoors, which gives him a personal connection to many of the resort and recreation-focused projects he works on.
