Scholarships & Awards
Each spring (usually early March) the Cal Poly Scholarships app is available in the portal for current students to apply for all Cal Poly scholarships. A single application will be reviewed by departments and colleges for major-specific scholarships, and also used for university-wide scholarships. Recipients are selected in the spring semester and the financial award is given in the fall. If you have any questions about the scholarship application, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 805-756-2927 or email financialaid@calpoly.edu.
To qualify for need-based scholarships, applicants must have completed the Free Applicaton for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): studentaid.gov
