Staff Biography
Originally from New York, Justine received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Hotel Administration, concentrating in Hotel Design & Development. She moved to the Central Coast after graduation, where she first worked on a guest ranch before opening her own business conducting horseback riding lessons, camps, and trail rides for four years, while also serving as the Wine Club manager at a local winery.
Justine is excited to bring her past experiences, creativity, and love of plants to Cal Poly. Outside the office, Justine enjoys hiking with her dog, backpacking, camping, and riding her horse, Tucker. She also enjoys making concrete planters and tending to her ever growing collection of cacti and other succulents. Feel free to stop by and visit if you are in the Dexter Building!
